Purpose:

The responsibility of the Member Engagement Coordinator is to create an unparalleled experience for all our members and visitors every time they visit us. We describe a superb experience as a welcoming reception, resolving equipment malfunctions as quickly as practicable, and completing cleaning tasks effectively. This can be achieved by flawlessly implementing our operational policies.

Deliverables:

  • Conveys a truly caring and considerate spirit when interacting with members of the public or organization.
  • Receives guests and members friendly by making eye contact, smiling warmly, and speaking kindly.
  • The skill to anticipate the necessities of guests and members and take the required steps by furnishing them with precise guidance, accurate information, and support through our sophisticated tools and technology.
  • Take some time to explore the many aspects of our membership offerings, from the pricing options and facilities to the supplementary benefits and range of class styles available.
  • Leverage consultation feedback from personal trainers to upsell additional training sessions or equipment to members.
  • Embrace a mindset of continuous improvement to enhance the guest and member experience, by regularly collecting their feedback, facilitating constructive dialogue with leadership, and collaborating with our Team to implement new ideas and initiatives.
  • Maintain VASA's exceptional quality by executing everyday tasks with precision and care, which involves abiding by guest and member check in procedures, completing hourly club walks, restocking merchandise, and conducting revive transactions.
