Job Summary
Provides in home nursing care to patients under direction of HH Registered Nurse, utilizing the established plan of care in accordance of physician orders and philosophy of Shannon Home Health. Works in conjunction with all disciplines as a team to provide quality patient care.
Education
Associate degree in nursing, required.
Experience
1 Year as an LVN, required.
Home Health experience, preferred.
Certificate & Licensures
Licensed Vocational Nurse, required.
BLS, required*
Valid driver s license
Auto Liability Insurance
Additional Comments
Reliable transportation preferred in functioning in patient care.
