Technical Program Manager, Collision Centers

This position can sit out of any Tesla Collision Center within the Midwestern United States.

The Manufacturing Engineering Global Repair
Business and Technical Solutions team is seeking a Technical Program Manager to
focus on supporting the scaling of our operations and services provided introducing major coordinated changes or packages into new and
existing collision centers. This includes managing program KPIs, project schedules and
costs. The candidate will work closely with internal cross-functional teams,
external vendors, and technology partners on identifying opportunities to
track, standardize and improve project work cycle with a continuous improvement
mindset.

This requires the program manager to
lead a cross-functional team to ensure engineering, operations, facilities, and
design validation targets have been met for each change. The Technical Program
Manager is ultimately responsible for the collision center process equipment
readiness and successful tactical implementation of the program into
production.
