Job Summary:

In addition to their work with machines and mailing, the Finishing Assistant also assists with hand-related operations in the Finishing Department. This can include tasks such as folding, stitching, and trimming, among others.

Basic Qualifications:

• Earning a high school diploma or GED/HiSET can open doors to higher paying jobs and a better quality of life
• The way you present yourself while communicating is crucial in achieving your desired outcome. Being confident, courteous, and respectful, while also being mindful of your tone and body language, can have a significant impact on your message
• Optimum output and safety are both necessary while working
• Reliable and excellent attendance
• Applicants must be willing to work overtime as necessary
• Agile work performance is indicative of strong skill sets and experience in the given line of work
• The job entails regularly being able to move, transfer, press, and pull articles that weigh up to 50 lbs
• Non-stop standing, constant wandering and hunching, sporadic sitting, squatting, and pushing things overhead
• Exceptional vision and dexterity in using hands and fingers
• It is crucial to wear safety shoes and earplugs to prevent harm

The jobs schedule stipulates working hours from Monday to Friday, starting at 3 PM and finishing at 11 PM, with 40 required hours per week. Any hours exceeding this limit will be paid with an additional half of the employees standard hourly wage as overtime rates.
