The Product & Design Business Affairs team supports Apple Music and Shazam, Podcasts, News, Apple TV+ and the Apple TV app, and other Apple media and entertainment products and services worldwide. We are seeking to add to our team an exceptional, ambitious, and creative Business Affairs Specialist to support Sports initiatives on Apple TV+ and the Apple TV app.
Key Qualifications
- 5+ years relevant experience in video production including working directly with production agencies
- Deep understanding of talent releases, production agreements, location releases, digital distribution and marketing, as well as copyrights, trademarks, and other IP concepts
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Effective negotiator with strong business and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively on cross-functional teams
- Sound judgment, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle a variety of matters at once in a fast-paced environment
- Business affairs experience or other experience working alongside attorneys; a JD is preferred but not required
- Passion for sports and a deep understanding of the Apple TV app and the Apple ecosystem of products and services
Description
The Product & Design Business Affairs team is responsible for ensuring that the third-party content featured across Apple s various Products is properly cleared for use and is brand-appropriate. In this role, you will be responsible for Sports-related content featured on the Apple TV app, working closely with production teams as well as dedicated legal counsel. This position will be high-profile, fast-paced, and will require flexibility, attention to detail, and dedication to ensuring that Sports on the Apple TV app matches the exceptional consumer experience of other Apple initiatives. The successful candidate will be experienced in video production and comfortable working with legal counsel, passionate about Apple products and services, and ideally with experience working with professional sports leagues.
Education & Experience
BS/BA required. JD a plus.

- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $167,500 and $252,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
