The successful candidate will have experience in executing complex tasks. Experience in reporting results/ observations and adhering to process requirements is required. The selected individual will have a proven track record of quality improvement and process control throughout their area of responsibility. Must be detail-oriented and self-motivated.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Read and understand all documentations related to tools.
- Execute engineering and production builds per instructions.
- Perform the set up and verification of equipment and process per instructions.
- Follow security, safety, and quality procedures for all work performed.
- Responsible for reporting any line issues to leads and/ or supervisors.
- Read and understand all documents related to tools/processes.
- Understanding of lean processing, standard workflow, and problem solving.
- Able to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through different forms of communications.
- Able to communicate both written and verbal to co-workers, supervisors and customer.
- Able to understand and communicate inspection parameters.
- Ensure accuracy of data and process adherence.
- Keep track of daily goals, outs, and yield percentages per assigned area.
- Responsible for entering data into the incident report system.
- Execute first level of troubleshooting of process, product or tooling problem.
- Demonstrate ability to train others and work in a team environment.
- Work other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
- A minimum of 6 months in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working on production line and a prototype environment.
- Experience with Microsoft applications.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagrams, or schedule forms.
- Must be a self-start capable of managing own activities as well as supporting team activities.
- Must be able to stand and/ or sit for at least 2 hours at a time.
- Should be able to lift up to 25lbs frequently.
- Should be able to lift up to 50lbs infrequently.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.

- Must be able to sit and use computer and phone for extended time periods
- Ability to work in cold climate
- Repetitive hand tasks required with minimal breaks
- Ability to interact with various persons professionally and positively
