Data Entry Clerk

Description We are in search of a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to work in Delray Beach, Florida, United States, and join our team in the telecom industry. This role primarily involves assisting the purchasing department with the implementation of a lesser-known software, Red Rock, by entering invoices, typing invoice numbers, vendor numbers, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the purchasing department with the implementation of Red Rock software
- Enter data such as invoices, invoice numbers, vendor numbers, and other relevant information
- Maintain accurate records of data entered and ensure it is up-to-date
- Conduct regular checks on database systems to update or resolve any issues
- Adhere to data integrity and security policies
- Communicate effectively with team members and superiors to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a high level of productivity and meet deadlines
- Handle sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity. Requirements - Proficiency in performing data entry tasks with high accuracy
- Familiarity with office equipment, including computers and scanners
- Experience using office software like MS Office (Word, Excel etc.)
- High school diploma or equivalent educational level
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Good command of English language, both written and spoken
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
