What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build reports and dashboards using SQL, Google Sheets, Tableau, and other systems for key reporting needs
- Own the slide creation process for weekly business reviews
- Investigate and analyze system issues, working cross-functionally
- Create and manage JIRA Tickets for system enhancements
- Improve business processes through data-driven decisions
- Provide user and project administration

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of data analyst experience
- Strong data analytics skills, with proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and SQL
- Experience in sales operations and/or delivery operations
- Familiarity with JIRA and operational SLA reporting
- Excellent communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience with Tableau and Salesforce.com
- Knowledge of sales data management in Salesforce.com
