JOB DESCRIPTION:

Diagnostic / Interventional Radiologist need

Number of Openings: 3

Reason for need: vacation coverage for FTE

Length of need: Ongoing

Average Time to Credential: 90-120 days

Percentage of modality split: 60%IR and 40% DX

Other Volume: 72,056 annual reads

Required Procedures: will need to perform all areas of
interventional radiology and read diagnostic studies in between interventional
radiology procedures

Fellowship Requirements: Interventional radiology fellowship

Call starts M-F at 6 pm to 7a, Sat/Sun is also on-site DX/IR
and hours are 8-5p with call starting at 5p to 8a.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

·         Must have ACTIVE FL License

·         Must have open Availability

·         Board Certified/ Board Eligible

·         Interventional radiology fellowship Required

·         Clean Files Only/ No Background

·         Must get cross credentialed

·         1st possible date they would be available?

·         How many shifts would they be able for per
month?
