Our client, a pharmaceutical company in Nashville, TN, is looking to hire multiple Certified Pharmacy Technicians to work in their call center ASAP!

Description

Handle 80+ outbound calls per day

Interact with patients and doctors

Confirm prescriptions

Answer questions about prescriptions

Enter prescriptions into database

Work on a scripted outbound dialer

Verify insurance
