Customer Support Dispatcher
Job Description
S, SEATTLE, Washington United States
This position is responsible for monitoring alarm systems and communicating with
customers and responders regarding occurrences from security and fire safety
systems, Basic troubleshooting and coordinating with internal departments and
customers to ensure systems are functioning. Essential Functions and Duties
Monitor alarms using the company's computerized, automated alarm monitoring
hardware and software. Interpret signals received from alarm panels located
on customer premises. Notify customers or their designates of signals/alarms
received. Dispatch the appropriate police and/or fire department as needed in
response to the alarm and the customer. Record information related to alarms,
calls, and phone calls. Report irregular phone calls and/or signals to
management for further action. Determine customer service needs and route
calls accordingly. Answer incoming phone calls to our call center. Read and
accurately relay customer information (names, addresses, phone numbers, alarm
information, notes) to customers, technicians, and emergency dispatch services
Read and follow step by step instructions on alarms accurately Navigate
network files to reference written instructions on how to perform non-urgent
tasks and procedures Quickly and accurately record information and
instructions given by customers, technicians, and emergency dispatch services
(type notes into our software) Keep track of assigned tasks and switch
between urgent and routine tasks based on call and alarm volume Actively participate
in training by reviewing documents and practicing tasks after initial training
and telling trainers when further explanation or guided practice is needed

4-6 weeks Training Schedule:
Tuesday - Saturday 10:00 AM -6:00 PM
Daily Schedules
Evening:
Sunday - Thursday 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Friday and Saturday off)
BG and Drug
test required (includes THC)
